Background: Asiatel Outsourcing brings more than 15 years of experience in business process outsourcing and remote staffing with expertise stretching across the organizational domains. 

My role: As Asiatel's in-house designer, (under Virtuoso, a subsidiary brand) I was tasked to create the overall theme and design of Asiatel's #TheNextGreat recruitment campaign.

I started off by making a general approach for the designs. The double arrow was the #TheNextGreat's main symbol, derived from Asiatel's logo.

In the next batch of designs, I went ahead and did a photoshoot of Asiatel's employees. With their consent, the photos were used for the recruitment graphics as a way to get an insight of the life being an Asiatel employee.

When the pandemic came, we had to improvise because we could not shoot in office anymore for new postings. The company still wanted fresh designs so I went ahead and customized illustrations for Asiatel's next batch of recruitment graphics.
